We may suspend access where we reasonably suspect misuse.

Quotations are indicative until confirmed in writing. Unless stated otherwise a quotation is valid for 14 days and is subject to crop availability, livestock condition, inspection outcomes, freight rates and currency movement at the time of confirmation. Product images are representative of grade, not of an individual consignment.

A binding contract arises only when we issue a written order or proforma invoice and you accept it. Each contract states the product, grade, quantity, packaging, Incoterm, price, currency, payment terms and delivery window. Where the parties sign a separate supply agreement, that agreement prevails over these terms.

• Prices are quoted in the currency stated on the quotation, exclusive of destination duties and taxes.
• Unless agreed otherwise, payment terms are an advance deposit with the balance against shipping documents.
• Bank charges are for the buyer's account. Late payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month.
• Title passes on full payment; risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm.

We supply produce and livestock meeting the agreed specification and accompanied by the required phytosanitary, veterinary or certificate-of-origin documentation. Because these are perishable and live goods, claims for quality or shortage must be notified with photographic evidence and an independent survey report within 48 hours of arrival at the agreed destination. Our liability for a valid claim is limited to the invoice value of the affected goods.

Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, disease outbreaks, export or import bans, port and airline disruption, strikes or acts of government.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account, and you agree to notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access. Accounts are for the named business only and must not be shared. Staff and administrator access is granted by our Super Admin and may be revoked at any time. We may suspend an account for suspected fraud or breach of these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, market or reputation. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation and, failing settlement within 30 days, to arbitration in Nairobi under the Arbitration Act, 1995, or to the courts of Kenya.
